Crafted from 100% untreated Bluefaced Leicester 26 micron wool, our BFL Sport Yarn is perfect for creating soft and durable garments. With its natural wool properties, it offers superior warmth and comfort, making it a great choice for all your handmade knitting, crocheting, and weaving projects.

Bluefaced Leicester is a longwool breed that creates high-quality semi-luster yarns with soft hand, beautiful drape, and excellent dye properties. While Merino is slightly finer, BFL is a 'lustre' breed so the fleece has a beautiful sheen. BFL is very soft and comfortable to wear against the skin.
